International Student and Scholar Services

As members of the University of Illinois community, the Counseling Center provides services that are designed to help students reach a balanced Illinois experience, ranging from various counseling services, educational programming initiatives, training programs, outreach and consultation services, to a wide variety of self help materials.
The Emergency Dean program is an on call afterhours program that operates 7 days/week, from 5 pm – 8:30 am. The Emergency Dean supports students who are experiencing an emergency situation after 5 pm in which an immediate University response is needed and cannot wait until the next business day.
Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's office provides registration services, assessment of tuition and fees, class and events scheduling (including final examinations); posting of transfer and study abroad credit; assists with degree audits; and produces the University’s Courses Catalog, Class Schedule, official academic transcript and diploma.
